It was a sunny Saturday morning. A father and his 13-year-old daughter were walking to the shops. And they came across a sign outside the local primary school which displayed the words Confidence, Getting Along, Resilience, Organisation and Persistence. They stopped for a moment to read the signs. Then the father asked a question.
John looked up and saw the queue to the service desk was getting longer. He was waiting for the EFTPOS machine to process a payment. So he asked the next person in line, “Can I help you?”
