A gift for you (and what's ahead in 2026)
As we wrap up another year, I wanted to reach out and say thank you.
Whether you've worked with me as a client, attended one of my workshops, or simply had a conversation about what's possible with your numbers – I'm grateful. These connections and conversations are what make this work meaningful.
Looking ahead to 2026
I'm genuinely excited about what's coming. Over the past year, something has crystallised for me: the most powerful thing about financial data isn't just what it tells us – it's what it does to the people who see it.
It’s what I call the Mathematics of Motivation. It's about repositioning your numbers from measurement tools into motivation tools. When your team can see their impact in the data, when dashboards become scorecards that drive behaviour, when metrics create momentum – that's when things change.
I've seen it happen across finance teams and operational teams alike. The numbers don't change, but the way people respond to them does.
A small gift for you
To give you a taste of this approach, I've put together a Mathematics of Motivation flipbook that walks through the core principles. Consider it my thank you for being part of my community this year.

Let's talk about 2026
If you're planning events, workshops, or team sessions for 2026 and you're thinking about how to truly engage your people through their numbers, I'd love to chat.
Or if you're simply curious about how the Mathematics of Motivation might work for your team, just reply to this email and let's have that conversation.
Thanks again for being part of 2025. Here's to making 2026 a year where your numbers do more than inform – they inspire.
